Ms. Nile does her speaking and workshops from a set of core beliefs which form the basic philosophical underpinnings of her work. The following are those core beliefs:

  • Human beings are capable of relating to each other in mutually affirming, respectful ways.

  • Most people desire and intend to be respectful of others.

  • When we are not, it is often because we lack the knowledge, personal awareness, skills and experiences to do so.

  • We can always increase our knowledge, personal awareness, skills and experiences in order to become more respectful of other human beings.

  • People, of both genders, and all races, cultures, religions, classes, sexual orientations, physical and mental abilities, and ages are far more alike than they are different.

  • There is but one human family.
